At aidreaminterior.com, we sell digital products only, such as downloadable wall art. We also recommend external products through affiliate links (e.g., Amazon, Etsy, or other shops). For those external purchases, the return policy of the respective retailer applies. We do not handle returns or refunds for products bought outside our website.
This Return Policy applies exclusively to digital products purchased directly through our website.
1. No Physical Shipping
AI Dream Interior does not sell any physical items.
All purchases are instant digital downloads.
For affiliate-linked products, returns, refunds, or exchanges must be handled directly with the external retailer where the purchase was made.
2. Digital Products & Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal expires for digital downloads once the download has started.
Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds for digital products unless:
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
- The incorrect file was provided.
- The download does not work due to an error on our side.
In these cases, we will resolve the issue by providing the correct or a new file.
3. When Refunds Are Possible
A refund may be considered only when:
- The file is technically defective.
- The wrong file was delivered.
- The download has a verified technical issue that cannot be solved.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Choosing the wrong size, format, frame, or print service.
- Accidental purchases or changing your mind.
- Products that have already been successfully downloaded.
- Dissatisfaction with colors or style (minor color differences may occur due to screen or printer settings).
4. Contact & Timeframe
If you experience an issue with your digital product, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase at:

5. Re-Sending Files
Lost your files or is your download link no longer active?
We’re happy to re-send your purchased files once, free of charge, as long as the purchase can be verified.
6. Affiliate Products (External Shops)
If you purchase a product through one of our affiliate recommendations:
- The purchase is made directly with the external retailer.
- Their own return and refund policies apply.
- We are not responsible for shipping, delivery issues, returns, or product availability.

7. Custom Orders
Custom digital products are available on request only.
Custom orders may have different conditions, which will be agreed upon in writing before purchase.
In most cases, custom work is non-refundable, unless the file is defective or incorrect.
